Come watch the pats beat the eagles on my 50" Sony Lcd widescreen Tv, and plenty of redbull(gary) for you to drink and tons of snacks to eat. There may or may not be drafts after depending on whos down and who brings the OTJ packs again, but there will definetly be x-men watching afterwards(gary). Give me a call on my cell phone for directions or address to mapquest. Hope to see you guys Sunday.

Not done yet, still have another beat for you. So im playing really aggressive raising just about any two at the cutoff or button. Anyhow, I click back to the screen only to see j5 of spades on the button , folded to me! so i shed a tear and raise, considered the limp reraise but just went for the button raise , sb quickly 3 bets , has been reraising me every hand steaming from each beat i give him. Well, here is the hand, i hardly call it a bad beat, because i felt i had the best hand on every street, lol!

Gary, Matt, and I walk into the apartment with a new feeling of pride. A feeling of great confidence as others look at us with envy, for we have just won the magic the gathering team pro tour qualifier at the Costa Mesa womens club. It was a solid victory, for we all played flawlessly and enjoyed annihilating the new wave of gamers. We accepted the invitation to compete in the pro tour so that we could represent what was once a great era of gamer, no, a great era of man. We celebrated with a large feast via Boco De Beppos where we had a rather pleasant encounter with former " Who's the Boss " star, Tony Danza. He congratulated us on our triumphant victory and offered to by us a round of drinks. He later realized he would have to rescind the offer due to his lack of funds, we frowned upon this but it was accepted and we returned home. With our new found wealth ($500 USD) we decided to purchase a large amount of alcohol, red bull, and other refreshing items from the local infamous " Condor Mart". After fully intoxicating ourselves we decide to partake in some exotic entertainment. We arrive at the luxurious " Spearmint Rhino " and pay the cover as routine but are quickly escorted out because unfortunately Gary could not keep his hands to himself. We returned home again to sleep on our piles of booster packs awarded to us from the tournament and slept like kings.
Foresight, fore·sight Perception of the significance and nature of events before they have occurred. Care in providing for the future; prudence. The act of looking forward.
Thank you and good night. Team ChecKnRazeGutties Oh just one more thing ... What would you do if i sang out of tune, would you stand up and walk out on me?

10:37 am - Mind boggling!
|
QQ 0 for 5 KK 2 for 9 AA 0 for 6 AK 1 for 11
If you were dealt this many premium hands in 11 hours and had that winning percentage I think you would call it a bad night as well. Luckily I only lost 3k, got away pretty cheap considering the enormous and constant bad beats. Hope I can turn it around soon. Any thoughts on these numbers ?

6:02 am - Miss the magical cards...
|
Anyone else miss the good times at the gps and pts ? Anyone else miss doing money drafts for 48 hrs without a wink of sleep? I hope everyone has a good time at PT Columbus this weekend. I regret not being able to go and envy all attending. Hope you guys all have a good time and hopefully the next time " the family " reunites I will be able to attend. As for poker and life in general, things are good, running okay and play super solid. I know some of my friends think I should back down from the 80/160 and the 100/200 but it is a game that I can beat and until I am proved otherwise I hope you all wish me the best of " Luck ". Thinking of buying an ipod ... any thoughts ? Gl in Ohio everybody!
Late Steven

11:13 am - Time for a break...
|
My friends, I feel it may be time for me to take a break from poker. I have been running so bad these past several weeks that I must take it as a sign to take a break. A break for at least a few weeks to maybe even few months. Don't worry, I won't be retiring anytime soon but just need to take a break and figure things out. Thanks for your patronage. Your pal, Steve'o

9:09 pm - What A Dive!
|
Vegas was worse than many indian casinos ive been to. The card rooms were small, the players were bad, incredibly lucky, and for some reason all thought they were professionals. I may never again return to Las Vegas to play poker. The almighty bellagio was a poker room with 30 tables of games breaking left and right with highest limit of 30/60. A word of advice, don't go to vegas to play poker. good night

4:56 am - Blood Bath
|
When I think of dream scenarios in poker I dont think of making my nut flush or hitting my open-ended straight, the money is made with the almighty bloodbath. Set over set, its beautiful, each other player thinking that the other player is drawing dead to their set. Tonight I was involved in 3 set over set matchups and I only took down one. On the bright side, I snapped aces twice with tens while flopping a set both times. Going to vegas this weekend, any and all are invited. Give me a call or IM or email me. Going to sleep now, or at least going to try, anyone have any sleeping pills? late, steven
